In a few days, Sirius listeners will have to pay 2-3 dollars (or more?) to listen to music streaming online. They still will be able to in their car, just not online- unless the have a 3+ year or lifetime subscription.
May not sound bad, but most people who bought Sirius bought it for Stern or the other radio personalities. And most people aren’t always in their car.
This is obviously a horrible move for Sirius, an already failing company, to make. Call as soon as you can and cancel, and tell them why.

Stern, an avid supporter of Satellite radio, may have duped his fans into thinking the merger would cost them less. In reality, it was a terrible move for the listeners
This again, has nothing to do with Erie. But no other sites on the whole interwebs are reporting on it as far as I can see. So I thought I’d let you guys know first.
Don’t worry- an iPod or a Zune that you programmed yourself in your car should do you just fine, and save you money. You can find torrents of every stern show produced online, or Martha or Opie and Anthony shows (I’d assume). Best news for us is- It’s going to be fine.
Call Sirius, let them know. They will give you a few months free.
