Dear Member of the Edinboro Community:
As a result of a recent Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB) ruling, all PASSHE universities will revert back to their pre-September 2008 smoking policies, but with notable exceptions which bring those policies into compliance with the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act.
